Self-exclusion periods
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 12 months
- 24 months
- 36 months
Please be aware that customers who have opted for time out or self-exclusion will not receive any promotional correspondence during the period of their time out or self-exclusion.
How to request a time out/self-exclusion
- All exclusion requests can also be sent to customer service in writing (via email).
- Please direct your request to our Customer Care Centre via email at [email protected] any time, day or night, for immediate assistance.
- Once your request has been received (in writing), your preferred self-exclusion period will commence immediately.
